1. Menghadirkan KNPI sebagai laboratorium pengembangan potensi pemuda Kota Parepare dalam bidang bakat, minat, dan kreativitas.
2. Mengelaborasi ide pemuda dalam menghadirkan solusi terhadap problematika kota yang bersifat kontemporer.
3. Bersinergi dengan seluruh OKP untuk menciptakan iklim organisasi, keanggotaan, dan kaderisasi yang progresif.
4. Mewujudkan akuntabilitas KNPI sebagai organisasi yang transparan, profesional, dan bertanggung jawab.
5. Mendorong transformasi gerakan pemuda sebagai jalan menuju gerbang Indonesia Emas 2045.
