Parepare – Kantor Wali Kota Parepare menjadi pusat perhatian pada hari Jumat ini setelah tim dari unit tindak pidana korupsi (Tipikor) Polda Sulawesi Selatan melakukan penggeledahan.
Penggeledahan dimulai pada sore hari dan berlangsung hingga malam ini. Jum,at (19/7/24). Titik fokus penggeledahan berada di gudang arsip yang terletak dekat tangga naik lantai 2, pintu belakang Kantor Wali Kota.
Tim Tipikor melakukan pemeriksaan menyeluruh di area tersebut, yang diketahui menyimpan banyak dokumen penting.
Hingga saat ini, belum ada keterangan resmi dari pihak berwenang terkait alasan spesifik penggeledahan atau dokumen yang dicari.
Kasat reskrim Polres Parapare yang turut hadir juga belum memberikan komentar banyak hanya menyatakan bahwa yang melaksanakan giat tim dari Polda Sulsel nanti wawancaranya sama yang pimpin dari Polda.
Ucap AKP Setiawan Sunarto kasat reskrim Polres Parepare.Penggeledahan ini menambah daftar panjang upaya penegakan hukum yang dilakukan oleh Polda Sulsel dalam memberantas tindak pidana korupsi di wilayahnya.
Masyarakat diharapkan tetap tenang dan menunggu informasi resmi dari pihak berwenang.
