Notifedia.com, Makassar – Aksi brutal geng motor kembali meresahkan warga Kota Makassar. Tiga orang remaja anggota geng motor berhasil ditangkap Tim Ewako Resmob Polda Sulsel pada Minggu (22/6) dini hari. Salah satu pelaku bahkan nekat menyerang petugas menggunakan busur panah saat hendak diamankan.
Pelaku utama yang diketahui berinisial MRS (15) ditangkap di Jalan Sungai Saddang Baru, Kota Makassar. Saat hendak didekati, MRS justru menyerang aparat dengan melepas busur anak panah dari kantong celananya ke arah anggota polisi yang tengah melakukan patroli. Beruntung, panah tersebut tidak mengenai sasaran.
Hasil pemeriksaan sementara, MRS merupakan anggota geng motor yang menamakan diri mereka “Aliansi Utara.” Kelompok ini diduga kuat terlibat dalam aksi pembacokan terhadap dua warga di Kecamatan Mariso dan Kecamatan Mamajang, Makassar, pada Jumat malam (20/6).
“Ketika didekati oleh petugas, pelaku langsung melakukan penyerangan menggunakan busur. Untung saja tidak mengenai anggota kami,” ungkap Kanit Resmob Polda Sulsel, AKP Wawan Suryadinata, dalam keterangannya.
Dari tangan pelaku, polisi menyita dua busur panah dan sebilah parang yang digunakan dalam aksi mereka. Berdasarkan keterangan MRS, dua pelaku lain yang terlibat, yaitu MSF (15) dan AN (19), juga berhasil ditangkap di sekitar wilayah Kecamatan Makassar.
Menurut AKP Wawan, para pelaku diketahui dalam keadaan mabuk saat melakukan pembacokan terhadap warga. Mereka disebut hanya ingin menunjukkan eksistensi dan kekuatan geng mereka di hadapan publik.
“Motifnya murni karena ingin menunjukkan eksistensi. Mereka dalam pengaruh alkohol dan menyerang warga yang kebetulan melintas di jalan. Saat kami mendekat dalam patroli, mereka mengira kami adalah musuh dari geng lain karena kami berpakaian preman,” tambah Wawan.
Ketiga remaja tersebut kini telah diamankan di Markas Resmob Polda Sulsel untuk menjalani pemeriksaan lebih lanjut. Polisi juga masih memburu sejumlah anggota geng motor lain yang diduga terlibat dalam aksi kekerasan tersebut.
