Notifedia, Parepare – Pemerintah Kota Parepare tidak menyia-nyiakan waktu di tengah kunjungan kerja mereka ke Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN). Pada Kamis, 2/5/2024, mereka menyempatkan diri untuk mengadakan coffee morning di Aula KM Dharma Kartika IX. Jum,at (3/5/24).
Rapat yang dipimpin oleh Sekda Muhammad Husni Syam, didampingi oleh Kepala Bappeda Zulkarnaen Nasrun, berlangsung dengan penuh antusiasme. Hadir pula dalam rapat ini Kepala SKPD dan jajaran pemerintah daerah lainnya.
Tujuan dari coffee morning ini adalah untuk mempercepat pelaksanaan program prioritas tahun 2024 serta pembahasan rancangan rencana kerja (Renja) SKPD tahun 2025.
Menurut Husni, rapat tersebut bertujuan agar setiap SKPD dapat memprioritaskan kegiatan dan sub kegiatan yang dianggap penting untuk segera dilaksanakan, sesuai dengan kemampuan keuangan yang tersedia.
“Diantaranya, kegiatan/sub kegiatan yang bersentuhan langsung dengan kebutuhan masyarakat,” tambahnya.
Husni juga mengharapkan agar rancangan renja 2025 SKPD dapat direvisi dan dievaluasi sebelum ditetapkan di RKPD 2025, terutama terkait dengan capaian program atau kegiatan yang belum terlaksana di tahun 2024.
Sementara itu, Kepala Bappeda Parepare, Zulkarnaen Nasrun, menyoroti perlunya prioritas ulang terhadap kegiatan dan sub kegiatan yang perlu ditindaklanjuti di tahun 2025, terutama pelaksanaan fisik yang tertunda di tahun 2024.
“Utamanya pemeliharaan beberapa ikon-ikon dan aksesoris kota, pemeliharaan pasar senggol, penataan taman mattirotasi, dan rehabilitasi beberapa kantor SKPD yang sudah mulai rusak parah,” jelas Zulkarnaen.
Dia juga menekankan pentingnya upaya SKPD untuk memperoleh anggaran di luar APBD Kota Parepare dengan melakukan koordinasi intensif dengan pihak provinsi dan kementerian/lembaga terkait.
Dalam rapat tersebut, setiap Kepala SKPD juga mempresentasikan program prioritas dari instansi masing-masing, menunjukkan komitmen mereka dalam memajukan Kota Parepare ke arah yang lebih baik.
