Pinrang – Kasus dugaan pelecehan seksual terhadap anak di bawah umur yang melibatkan anggota DPRD terpilih dari Partai Nasdem, berinisial K, masih menjadi sorotan.
Korban melaporkan kejadian tersebut ke Polres Pinrang, namun laporan itu dicabut hanya lima jam setelah diajukannya, dengan pendampingan kuasa hukumnya.
Pelecehan tersebut diduga terjadi antara tahun 2020 hingga 2023 dan dilakukan oleh K, yang juga merupakan om dari korban.
Terduga K telah menghadiri panggilan kedua dari penyidik Polres Pinrang setelah absen pada panggilan pertama karena kesibukan berada di luar kota.
Kuasa hukum K, Asdar, menjelaskan alasan ketidakhadiran kliennya pada panggilan pertama. “Pada pemanggilan pertama klien kami tidak dapat hadir karena sedang berada di luar kota. Karena itulah K baru bisa memenuhi panggilan di Mapolres Pinrang pada panggilan kedua untuk klarifikasi,” ujar Asdar.
Asdar menambahkan bahwa laporan dugaan pelecehan seksual tersebut merupakan hasil kesalahpahaman antara pelapor dan terlapor. “Intinya adanya kesalahpahaman saja antara pelapor dan terlapor,” pungkasnya.
Namun, AG, ayah korban yang berinisial N (18), kembali melaporkan oknum anggota DPRD tersebut pada Rabu (12/6/24).
“Ayah korban juga merasa keberatan karena korban dan ibunya mencabut laporan dugaan pelecehan itu. Ayah korban merasa anak dan istrinya ditekan oleh seseorang,” terang Ipda Sudirman, Kanit PPA Polres Pinrang.
Kanit PPA Polres Pinrang, IPDA Sudirman, saat dikonfirmasi oleh jurnalis Notifedia.com melalui pesan WhatsApp, memberikan tanggapan singkat. “Tabe saudaraku, bisak ki langsung di Pak Kasat,” ujarnya pada Sabtu (20/7/24).
Kasat Reskrim Polres Pinrang, Iptu Reza Pahlawan, menjelaskan bahwa pihaknya masih mendalami kasus ini. “Sementara kita dalami terus perkaranya. Semoga ada titik terang bulan ini,” ujarnya melalui pesan WhatsApp.
Ketika ditanya mengenai kemungkinan penggiringan korban menjadi tersangka atas dugaan pelaporan palsu, Reza menjawab, “Bisa jadi, makanya kami dalami terus,” tegasnya.
Kasus ini terus berkembang dan menjadi perhatian publik, terutama terkait dugaan tekanan yang dialami oleh korban dan keluarganya.
