Parepare – Jaringan Oposisi Loyal (JOL) bersama para pekerja parkir dari Rumah Sakit (RS) Hasri Ainun Habibie menggelar aksi unjuk rasa di beberapa titik strategis di Kota Parepare.
Demonstrasi ini dilakukan di depan RS Hasri Ainun Habibie, Kantor Dinas Perhubungan (Dishub) Kota Parepare, Kantor Wali Kota Parepare, dan berlanjut dalam Rapat Dengar Pendapat (RDP) di DPRD Kota Parepare. Jum,at (27/12/24).
Iqbal, salah satu orator dari JOL, dalam orasinya menyoroti adanya dugaan ketimpangan kewenangan serta praktik yang tidak transparan oleh Kepala Dinas Perhubungan Kota Parepare dan Direktur RS Hasri Ainun Habibie.
Ia menyebutkan bahwa situasi ini tidak hanya merugikan pekerja parkir tetapi juga menyalahi prinsip pemerintahan daerah.
“Juru parkir adalah profesi dan lapangan pekerjaan masyarakat. Berdasarkan UU No 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah yang terakhir diubah dengan UU No 9 Tahun 2015, pemerintah daerah seharusnya fokus meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui peningkatan pelayanan, pemberdayaan, dan pelibatan masyarakat,” tegas Iqbal.
Hendra, salah satu pekerja parkir yang berada di bawah naungan Dinas Perhubungan Kota Parepare, mengungkapkan kekesalannya terkait ditemukannya kontrak kerja sama antara RS Hasri Ainun Habibie dan pihak ketiga, yakni Mitra Parkir.
Ia menilai kontrak tersebut bertentangan dengan kewenangan yang seharusnya dipegang oleh Dishub.
“Sampai hari ini, saya masih bertugas dan diberi kewenangan dari Dinas Perhubungan. Namun, kami menemukan kontrak kerja sama antara pihak rumah sakit dan Mitra Parkir tanpa keterlibatan Dinas Perhubungan. Ini betul-betul rancu! Di mana tanggung jawab Dinas Perhubungan? Apakah kewenangan mereka sudah dirampas?” ujar Hendra dengan nada tegas.
Ia juga menambahkan bahwa dirinya belum menerima pemberitahuan pemutusan kontrak dari Dishub. Namun, keberadaan kontrak baru yang melibatkan pihak RS Hasri Ainun Habibie dan Mitra Parkir menimbulkan kebingungan dan keresahan.
“Kami, sebagai pejuang perda, bertanya: mengapa kontrak ini muncul tanpa melibatkan Dishub?” ujarnya.
Aksi unjuk rasa ini menjadi bentuk protes terhadap apa yang mereka anggap sebagai pelanggaran prinsip pemerintahan yang transparan dan berpihak pada masyarakat.
Iqbal dan Hendra menuntut keadilan serta meminta penjelasan terkait peran Dishub yang terkesan diabaikan dalam pengelolaan parkir di RS Hasri Ainun Habibie, RS Andi Makkasau, dan Pasar Lakessi
