Notifedia.com, Parepare – Komisi I DPRD Kota Parepare mendesak Pemerintah Kota untuk segera menindaklanjuti rekomendasi penutupan salah satu gerai Indomaret yang berada di Jalan Nurussamawati. Gerai tersebut dinilai melanggar Peraturan Daerah (Perda) yang mengatur tentang penataan dan izin usaha ritel modern.
Desakan ini kembali mencuat dalam rapat koordinasi yang digelar Komisi I DPRD bersama sejumlah instansi teknis terkait, Selasa (25/2/2025). Dalam rapat tersebut, DPRD menegaskan pentingnya konsistensi pemerintah dalam menegakkan aturan yang berlaku, demi menjaga ketertiban dan keadilan dalam dunia usaha.
Ketua Komisi I DPRD Parepare, Kamaluddin Kadir, menegaskan bahwa keberadaan gerai tersebut sejak awal telah dipersoalkan karena tidak sesuai dengan regulasi yang ada. Namun hingga saat ini, rekomendasi untuk menutupnya belum dijalankan secara tegas oleh pihak eksekutif.
“Kami mendorong pemerintah kota melalui dinas terkait agar tidak menunda-nunda lagi pelaksanaan rekomendasi penutupan. Ini bukan semata soal satu usaha, tetapi menyangkut kepatuhan terhadap aturan daerah yang telah disepakati bersama,” tegas Kamaluddin.
Ia menambahkan, Komisi I akan terus mengawal proses ini hingga ada langkah konkret dari pihak pemerintah. DPRD juga membuka ruang bagi pelaku usaha yang terdampak untuk menyampaikan klarifikasi atau melakukan upaya administratif sesuai prosedur yang berlaku.
Diketahui, Indomaret yang berada di Jalan Nurussamawati sebelumnya telah mendapat teguran karena tidak mengantongi izin sesuai zonasi wilayah dan dinilai berdampak negatif terhadap keberlangsungan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) lokal di sekitarnya.
