Turut hadir Asisten Pemerintahan dan Kesejahteraan Rakyat, Muhammad Iqbal, Asisten Administrasi Umum, Nasruddin Waris, Kabag Pemerintahan, Fandy Anshary, Sekretaris Dinas Kesehatan, Jufri Lande, para direktur rumah sakit, serta kepala puskesmas se-Sidrap.
Dalam arahannya, Wabup Nurkanaah menekankan pentingnya peningkatan pelayanan masyarakat.
“Pagi tadi saya juga bertemu jajaran Dinas Pendidikan, sama halnya dengan kesehatan, pelayanan masyarakat harus dijaga agar tidak menimbulkan gejolak atau ketidakpuasan,” ujarnya.
Ia menambahkan, Sidrap menjadi salah satu daerah dengan tingkat kemiskinan terendah kedua di Sulsel sehingga baru-baru ini mendapat penghargaan.
“Ini hasil kinerja kita semester satu tahun 2025. Kunci utamanya adalah keterbukaan dan komunikasi antara pimpinan dengan staf,” jelasnya.
Nurkanaah juga mengingatkan tentang evaluasi kinerja kepala daerah yang akan dilakukan pemerintah pusat.
“Semester pertama akan dievaluasi di Jakarta. Karena itu, program kerja yang sudah direncanakan agar segera direalisasikan, sekaligus menjadi bagian dari penilaian capaian kinerja,” tegasnya.
Ia berpesan agar seluruh jajaran menjaga disiplin kerja.
“Jangan hanya datang ceklok lalu pulang. Mari kita layani masyarakat dengan baik sehingga mereka merasa puas. Kita berharap Sidrap semakin baik ke depan,” pungkasnya.
Sementara itu, Asisten Pemerintahan dan Kesejahteraan Rakyat, Muhammad Iqbal, mengingatkan pentingnya kerja sistematis di lingkungan OPD.
“Visi daerah kita memiliki tujuh misi dan 14 program unggulan. Untuk mencapainya, setiap OPD sebagai bagian dari sistem pemerintahan harus berfungsi optimal. Bidang-bidang di dinas juga harus saling melengkapi karena tidak semua kegiatan bisa dihadiri langsung oleh kadis,” jelasnya.
Sekretaris Dinas Kesehatan, Jufri, menambahkan rapat ini dihadiri seluruh pejabat struktural lingkup Dinkes, mulai dari sekretaris, kepala bidang, pejabat eselon IV, direktur rumah sakit, 14 kepala UPT puskesmas, hingga kepala UPT laboratorium kesehatan daerah.
“Kami berharap pertemuan ini menghasilkan arahan yang memperkuat pelayanan dan pembangunan kesehatan di Sidrap. Terima kasih atas dedikasi dan dukungan semua pihak,” ujarnya.
