Hamka Jaya tegaskan semua masalah teknis harus clear, sembari memaparkan jadwal penjaringan ketua baru POBSI Sulsel.
Notifedia.com, Parepare – Kesiapan Kota Parepare menjadi tuan rumah Pra Pekan Olahraga Provinsi (Pra Porprov) 2025 Sulawesi Selatan untuk cabang olahraga biliar yang akan bergulir mulai Selasa, 23 September 2025.
Ketua POBSI Kota Parepare, Andi Askar, menegaskan pihaknya telah menyiapkan segala kebutuhan teknis dan fasilitas pendukung demi suksesnya ajang ini.
“Kami di Parepare sudah menyiapkan arena pertandingan hingga fasilitas pendukung. Harapan kami, seluruh peserta bisa menjunjung tinggi sportivitas. Pra Porprov ini bukan hanya kompetisi, tetapi juga ajang silaturahmi antar-daerah,” ujar Andi Askar.
Sehari sebelum pertandingan, Selasa (23/9/2025), digelar Technical Meeting (TM) bersama pengurus POBSI Sulsel. Karateker POBSI Sulsel, Hamka Jaya, menekankan pentingnya penyelesaian seluruh persoalan teknis dan administrasi sebelum dilakukan drawing pertandingan.
“Sebelum drawing, semua masalah, terutama terkait transfer atlet dan administrasi, harus sudah clear. Jangan sampai ada masalah baru muncul setelah drawing,” tegas Hamka Jaya.
Hamka juga menjelaskan, penunjukan dirinya sebagai karateker merupakan kebijakan pengurus pusat untuk memastikan roda organisasi tetap berjalan di provinsi yang belum sempat melaksanakan Musyawarah Provinsi (Musprov).
Dalam kesempatan itu, Hamka mengumumkan tahapan penjaringan calon Ketua Umum POBSI Sulsel periode 2025–2029:
1. Pengambilan formulir pendaftaran: 7 Oktober 2025
2. Pengembalian formulir dan persyaratan administrasi: 11 Oktober 2025
3. Verifikasi kelengkapan berkas administrasi oleh TPP: 13 Oktober 2025
4. Penyampaian hasil penjaringan dan penyaringan pada forum Musyawarah Provinsi (Musprov): 25 Oktober 2025.
Adapun Kriteria dan Persyaratan yang Ditetapkan:
Calon Ketua Umum haruslah Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI) dengan usia minimum 35 tahun, berdomisili di Provinsi Sulawesi selatan. Dukungan tertulis minimal 7 Pengurus Kabupaten/kota (pengkab/ Pengkot) yang sah atau 1/3 dari total 22 Pengkab/ Pengkot POBSI menjadi salah satu persyaratan utama.
Dalam TM, sejumlah kesepakatan dicapai, mulai dari jadwal pertandingan hingga sistem bagan. Panitia menekankan ketepatan waktu agar tidak terjadi pertandingan hingga dini hari seperti pada event sebelumnya.

09.00 WIB: Nomor bola 8 single junior
13.30 WIB: Upacara pembukaan resmi Pra Porprov
Setelah pembukaan: Nomor double bola 15 senior
Hari kedua (25 September 2025)
Nomor single bola 10 senior
Double bola 9 junior
Pra Porprov kali ini diikuti 17 kabupaten/kota dengan sistem double elimination 18 besar. Untuk nomor single, masing-masing kategori diikuti 10 atlet, sementara nomor double diikuti 13 pasangan. Pada kategori putri, hanya 13 atlet yang lolos dari total 17 peserta.
Hamka berharap seluruh peserta TM menjaga kondusivitas demi kelancaran event.
“Jangan ada mis-komunikasi, masalah WO, atau keterlambatan daftar hadir. Semua pertandingan harus berjalan sesuai jadwal demi kelancaran event,” pungkasnya.
Sementara itu, Andi Askar menegaskan Parepare siap memberikan pelayanan terbaik bagi atlet, ofisial, dan tamu undangan. “Kami ingin meninggalkan kesan baik sebagai tuan rumah, sehingga event ini bisa berjalan sukses dan lancar,” tandasnya.
