Parepare, – Setelah meresmikan tiga sarana hibah dari Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Parepare untuk Kejaksaan Negeri Parepare, Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kajati) Sulawesi Selatan, Agus Salim, memberikan wejangan kepada Wali Kota dan Wakil Wali Kota Parepare terpilih, Tasmin Hamid dan Hermanto. Rabu, (12/2/25).
Dalam pertemuan yang berlangsung dengan sendau gurau sambil berjalan setelah peresmian Gedung Mess Adhyaksa, Graha Adhyaksa, dan Lapangan Tenis Adhyaksa, Agus Salim menekankan pentingnya sinergi antara pemerintah daerah dan aparat penegak hukum dalam menciptakan tata kelola pemerintahan yang bersih dan transparan.
Dalam penyampaiannya, Agus Salim mengingatkan bahwa keberhasilan suatu pemerintahan tidak hanya ditentukan oleh pembangunan fisik, tetapi juga oleh komitmen dalam menegakkan supremasi hukum dan tata kelola yang baik.
“Kepemimpinan yang baik adalah yang selalu berpegang pada prinsip kejujuran dan transparansi. Saya berharap Wali Kota dan Wakil Wali Kota Parepare yang baru dapat membawa kota ini ke arah yang lebih maju dengan tetap menjunjung tinggi prinsip-prinsip hukum dan keadilan,” ujar Agus Salim.
Ia juga mengapresiasi perhatian yang telah diberikan oleh Pemkot Parepare terhadap Kejaksaan Negeri Parepare melalui pembangunan dan rehabilitasi tiga sarana tersebut. Menurutnya, hal ini mencerminkan niat baik pemerintah daerah dalam memperkuat sinergi dengan aparat penegak hukum.
“Pembangunan ini adalah bentuk kepedulian pemerintah terhadap institusi kejaksaan. Namun, yang lebih penting adalah bagaimana kolaborasi ini terus dijaga agar Parepare semakin kondusif dan masyarakat merasakan manfaat dari kepemimpinan yang bersih,” tambahnya.
Menanggapi wejangan yang diberikan, Wali Kota Parepare terpilih, Tasmin Hamid, menyampaikan rasa terima kasih atas masukan dan arahan dari Kajati Sulsel. Ia menegaskan bahwa bersama Wakil Wali Kota Hermanto, mereka berkomitmen untuk menjalankan pemerintahan yang transparan dan berpihak kepada kepentingan masyarakat.
“Kami sangat mengapresiasi wejangan yang diberikan oleh Bapak Kajati. Ini menjadi pengingat bagi kami agar selalu menjaga integritas dalam menjalankan amanah yang telah diberikan oleh masyarakat Parepare,” ujar Tasmin Hamid.
Ia juga menekankan bahwa program pembangunan di Parepare akan tetap mengedepankan prinsip tata kelola yang baik serta sinergi dengan aparat penegak hukum. Menurutnya, kolaborasi antara pemerintah daerah dan kejaksaan merupakan faktor penting dalam memastikan kebijakan yang diambil tetap berada dalam koridor hukum.

Scores of unexploded bombs dating from World War II have been recovered from a children’s playground in northern England after a chance discovery.
