Notifedia, Parepare — Pj Wali Kota Parepare, Akbar Ali, menghadiri peringatan Isra Mi’raj di Masjid Terapung Kota Parepare. Kamis, (15/2/24).
Acara tersebut dihadiri oleh unsur Forkopimda, berbagai elemen masyarakat dan pemuka agama yang bertujuan untuk memperingati peristiwa Isra Mi’raj, peristiwa penting dalam agama Islam yang mengisahkan perjalanan spiritual Nabi Muhammad SAW dari Mekah ke Yerusalem dan ke langit ketujuh.
Dalam sambutannya, Akbar Ali menyampaikan pentingnya momen Isra Mi’raj dalam kehidupan umat Islam serta pesan-pesan kebaikan dan kebersamaan yang terkandung di dalamnya.
Beliau juga menekankan pentingnya memperkuat ukhuwah Islamiyah dan meningkatkan ketaqwaan kepada Allah SWT.
“Peringatan Isra Mi’raj ini tidak hanya sekadar sebagai peringatan sejarah, tetapi juga sebagai momentum untuk memperkokoh tali persaudaraan antarumat beragama dan memperkuat keimanan kita kepada Allah SWT,” ujar Akbar Ali dalam sambutannya.
Selain itu, dalam acara tersebut juga dilakukan berbagai kegiatan keagamaan seperti pembacaan ayat suci Al-Quran, ceramah agama, dan doa bersama untuk kebaikan dan kedamaian umat serta kota Parepare.
Acara peringatan Isra Mi’raj di Masjid Terapung Kota Parepare tersebut diharapkan dapat menjadi wahana untuk meningkatkan kebersamaan dan keimanan umat Islam serta menjaga keharmonisan antarumat beragama di Kota Parepare.
