Notifedia.com, Parepare – Wali Kota Parepare, Tasming Hamid, mengikuti Sarasehan Kebangsaan bertema “Perubahan Geopolitik Dunia Dalam Peluang Menuju Indonesia Raya” yang diselenggarakan oleh Badan Pembinaan Ideologi Pancasila (BPIP) dan Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat Republik Indonesia (MPR RI), bertempat di Gedung Nusantara IV, Kompleks Parlemen, Jakarta, Selasa (20/05/2205).
Sarasehan ini dibuka secara resmi oleh Ketua MPR RI, Ahmad Muzani, dan dihadiri oleh pimpinan lembaga tinggi negara, menteri kabinet, serta kepala daerah dari seluruh Indonesia.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Wali Kota Parepare Tasming Hamid menyampaikan bahwa perubahan geopolitik dunia adalah tantangan sekaligus peluang bagi Indonesia untuk memperkuat persatuan, menjaga kedaulatan, dan mempercepat pembangunan nasional.
“Kita harus menjadikan ideologi Pancasila sebagai fondasi dalam merespons perubahan global. Nilai-nilai gotong royong, keadilan, dan persatuan harus terus kita perkuat, baik di tingkat pusat maupun daerah,” kata Tasming Hamid.
Ia menambahkan, pemerintah daerah memiliki peran strategis dalam menyinergikan kebijakan nasional dengan kebutuhan masyarakat di daerah, termasuk dalam merespons dinamika politik dan ekonomi global yang dapat berdampak langsung ke masyarakat.
