Notifedia.com, Parepare — Seorang pedagang di Kota Parepare, Sulawesi Selatan, menyampaikan keluhan terhadap tindakan salah satu anggota Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) yang dinilai kurang humanis saat melakukan penertiban.
Keluhan tersebut diunggah oleh akun bernama Yanti Ummu Rumaisha melalui grup WhatsApp publik Aku Cinta Parepare pada Rabu malam (18/6/2025). Yanti adalah pedagang yang berjualan di Outlet Dinanti, Jalan Andi Sinta, Kecamatan Soreang, Parepare.
Dalam pesannya, Yanti menyampaikan permohonan maaf atas ketidaknyamanan saat jam maghrib namun sekaligus menyoroti sikap oknum Satpol PP yang disebut tidak mencerminkan semangat pengayoman terhadap masyarakat kecil.
“Sy rasa Bapak sudah memahami bahwa aturan dalam menertibkan itu tidak harus dengan kekerasan yaa pak. Kekerasan tidak harus memukul tetapi mendorong dan memberikan tekanan termasuk kekerasan,” tulis Yanti.
Ia mengingatkan bahwa masyarakat berusaha menaati aturan, namun berharap pendekatan Satpol PP dilakukan secara bijak, mempertimbangkan kondisi pedagang yang masih mencari tempat usaha pengganti.
“Dinanti hanya meminta waktu tidak lebih dari sebulan untuk mencari sendiri tempat yang sesuai dengan apa yang telah kami upayakan,” ungkapnya.
Yanti juga menyayangkan jika Satpol PP melaksanakan penertiban di waktu-waktu yang dinilai kurang tepat, seperti saat waktu Sholat atau waktu istirahat. Ia juga menyentil etika anggota yang merokok saat berbicara dengan warga, yang dianggap tidak pantas.
“Dan baiknya rokok bapak tidak dihisap pada saat berbicara kepada orang lain. Menunjukkan etika yang kurang baik,” tambahnya.
Pesan Yanti ditutup dengan harapan agar para pejabat tidak lupa bahwa jabatan bersifat sementara, dan membantu sesama adalah amalan yang jauh lebih bermakna.
“Ingat pak, jabatan hanya sementara. Memudahkan urusan orang lain lebih mulia dan kelak akan mendapatkan balasan terbaik-Nya,” tutupnya.
