Notifedia.com, PAREPARE — Wali Kota Parepare, Tasming Hamid, menegaskan komitmennya untuk menindak Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) yang tidak disiplin dan malas bekerja di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Parepare.
Peringatan keras itu disampaikan Tasming saat memimpin langsung kegiatan kerja bakti massal bersama jajaran Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) di kawasan Taman Mattirotasi, Jumat (11/04/2025).
Tasming mengingatkan, seluruh ASN harus menunjukkan etos kerja dan loyalitas dalam menjalankan tugas melayani masyarakat. Menurutnya, tidak ada ruang bagi ASN yang tidak mau bergerak dan bekerja maksimal.
“Jangan sampai ada ASN yang malas hanya karena tidak suka dengan posisi atau jabatannya. Kita ini mau bekerja, mau berbuat untuk masyarakat. Yang tidak mau ikut dalam gerbong ini, silakan. Hanya ada dua pilihan, kalau tidak mau mundur, akan saya mundurkan,” tegas Tasming.
Ia menegaskan, sikap tegas ini bukan tanpa alasan. Tasming ingin membangun budaya kerja kolaboratif dan produktif di jajaran Pemkot Parepare.
“Saya dan Pak Wakil Wali Kota (Hermanto) sejak awal sudah sepakat, kita mau bangun kolaborasi. Kalau perlu, Pak Wakil, kita copot saja ASN yang malas. Tapi tentu kita akan bersikap adil dan profesional,” tandasnya.
Tasming juga menambahkan, bagi ASN yang menunjukkan kinerja baik dan disiplin, pemerintah akan memberikan apresiasi.
“Yang rajin pasti akan menjadi perhatian. Kita akan beri penghargaan dan apresiasi sesuai dengan kinerja mereka,” tutupnya
