    Program Prioritas Pemkot Parepare Rumah Impian Jadi Keluhan Warga

    Notifedia, Parepare – Program Rumah Impian yang menjadi prioritas dari Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Parepare mendapat keluhan warga.

    Rata-rata Warga penerima Program Rumah Impian mengeluh karena keterlambatan pengerjaannya.

    Salah seorang warga yang mengeluh Laba, mengatakan sebelum pengerjaan di mulai pihak rekanan dan dari pihak Dinas Perkimtan meminta agar rumah warga penerima Program Rumah Impian dikosongkan dan dibongkar dalam kurun waktu dua hari.

    “Iye, kami diburu-buru untuk bongkar rumah, dikasih waktu dua hari, katanya sudah mau dikerja. Tapi lamami sudah dibongkar, rumah juga belum dikerjakan,” ungkapnya, saat ditemui di lokasi pembangunan rumah impian.

    Setelah mulai dikerjakan, rumah impian yang dibangun terkesan tidak serius. Kadang dikerja dan kadang juga tidak dikerja, sehingga pengerjaan bangunannya terlambat.

    Alasan keterlambatan pengerjaan, lanjut dia, karena bahan bangunan yang tidak ada, dan tukang yang kadang tidak masuk bekerja.

    “Sampai sekarang ini belum selesai, bahan bangunan masih kurang, misalnya hebel kurang sekitar 70-90 biji, ditambah atap juga belum terpasang,” jelasnya.

    “Selama 2 bulan terakhir ini, sejak rumah dibongkar hingga sekarang, kami sekeluarga menumpang di kolom rumah milik tetangga, kami pakai bahan-bahan bekas untuk jadi dinding agar lebih nyaman beristirahat,” kata dia

    Kabid Perumahan Dinas Perkimtan Parepare, Andi Hasbullah mengatakan, untuk tahun anggaran 2022, sebanyak 50 rumah impian yang akan direalisasi dengan nilai kontrak yang dimenangkan CV. Agrima sekitar Rp3,7 miliar.

    “Kalau tidak salah, pengerjaannya rumah impian dimulai 6 Desember dan selesai pada 31 Desember 2022. Namun karena ada keterlambatan pengerjaan, sehingga diberikan kesempatan untuk menyelesaikan,” ungkapnya.

    “Namun sepanjang belum selesai hingga 100 persen, maka kita tetap membebankan denda 1:1.000 dari sisa pengerjaan yang belum selesai. Sampai sekarang progres pengerjaannya sudah 75-80 persen. Untuk nilai dari setiap rumah impian sebesar Rp75 juta per unit,” tandas Hasbullah.

    Sementara Pelaksana pengadaan rumah impian, Anas Cabu, yang dikonfirmasi membenarkan terkait keterlambatan pengerjaan program prioritas Wali Kota Parepare (Taufan Pawe) tersebut.”Iya, memang terjadi keterlambatan, karena kondisi material yang terkendala dan tukang,” ungkapnya.
