Notifedia.com, Makassar – Sebuah pengalaman penuh emosi dialami oleh salah satu guru TK Negeri Tamalanrea Makassar saat mengikuti Lomba Alat Permainan Edukatif (APE) antarguru yang diselenggarakan baru-baru ini. Kamis, (1/5/25).
Meski sempat diumumkan sebagai juara pertama, guru tersebut akhirnya didiskualifikasi karena dianggap menerima bantuan dari guru luar lembaga.
Dalam unggahan pribadi yang viral di media sosial, guru tersebut mengungkapkan kekecewaannya. Ia mengaku tidak diberi tahu secara jelas sejak awal bahwa bantuan dari luar lembaga dilarang.
“Seandainya sejak awal panitia memberi aturan tegas bahwa tidak boleh dibantu dari lembaga lain, tentu saya tidak akan mengumpulkan karya itu,” tulisnya.
Guru tersebut menekankan bahwa yang disampaikan oleh dewan juri saat briefing hanyalah dua poin utama:
• Dilarang menggunakan bahan atau alat selain yang telah dibagikan di grup resmi.
• Boleh bekerja sama dalam satu lembaga jika lebih dari lima guru, dibagi ke dalam dua kelompok.
Ia juga mempertanyakan ketidakkonsistenan panitia, karena menurutnya ada peserta lain yang menggunakan bahan di luar ketentuan dan tetap lolos seleksi.
“Lucunya, teman sendiri yang melihat saya dibantu kok tidak menegur? Kenapa harus setelah diumumkan saya juara baru banyak yang keberatan?” ujarnya dengan nada kecewa.
Meski kecewa, guru tersebut menutup curahan hatinya dengan refleksi positif. “Okelah, ini pelajaran berharga juga untuk saya. Semoga ke depan aturan lebih jelas dan perlombaan bisa lebih adil,” tulisnya.
Peristiwa ini mengundang perhatian warganet dan menjadi bahan diskusi di kalangan tenaga pendidik. Banyak yang menyarankan agar panitia lomba pendidikan ke depan lebih transparan dan ketat dalam menyampaikan aturan, serta lebih teliti dalam proses penjurian.
