Notifedia.com, SIDRAP — Bupati Sidenreng Rappang (Sidrap), Syaharuddin Alrif, didampingi Wakil Bupati Nurkanaah, membuka Rapat Koordinasi Keagamaan Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) se-Kabupaten Sidrap di Masjid Agung Pangkajene, Sabtu (12/7/2025).
Kegiatan tersebut dihadiri Sekretaris Umum MUI Sulsel, Muammar Bakri, Dandim 1420 Sidrap Letkol Awaloeddin, Kajari Sidrap Sutikno, serta Kasat Binmas Polres Sidrap AKP Andi Mappahairul.
Tampak pula Ketua MUI Sidrap Abdul Malik Tibe, Plh Kakan Kemenag Sidrap Mustari Mustafa, para kepala OPD, camat, lurah, pengurus MUI, mubaligh, tokoh agama, dan tokoh masyarakat.
Dalam sambutannya, Syaharuddin menegaskan Rakor Keagamaan menjadi bagian penting dalam mewujudkan Sidrap yang aman dan religius, sesuai dengan visi Sidrap Berkah.
“Rakor ini bagian dari visi misi Sidrap Berkah. Tujuannya supaya semua komponen masyarakat Sidrap ikut terlibat mewujudkan Sidrap aman dan religius,” ujarnya.
Bupati juga mengajak seluruh elemen masyarakat mendukung program keagamaan dengan menjaga akhlak, pendidikan, dan moral di tengah masyarakat.
Ia menekankan bahwa program Sidrap Berkah merupakan gerakan bersama yang harus melibatkan seluruh lapisan masyarakat.
“Setiap malam Jumat, kita melaksanakan program Sidrap Berkah. Semua komponen masyarakat diharapkan ikut berpartisipasi,” katanya.
Lebih jauh, Syaharuddin memaparkan rencana Pemkab Sidrap menjadikan daerah ini sebagai pesantren besar dengan pola pembinaan terstruktur.
“Kita akan mendesain Sidrap menjadi satu pesantren besar, dengan 560 masjid di seluruh Sidrap akan ditugaskan dua tim untuk pembinaan. Kalau kita berhasil melakukan ini selama lima tahun, insya Allah hasilnya luar biasa,” terangnya.
Ia juga meminta dukungan semua pihak, mulai dari pengurus masjid hingga pemerintah desa dan kecamatan, agar turut serta membina generasi muda yang cinta masjid dan memiliki akhlak mulia.
“Kebijakan mendekatkan masyarakat pada masjid akan menjadi bagian penguatan akhlak dan keberkahan daerah,” tegasnya.
Sementara itu, Sekretaris Umum MUI Sulsel, Muammar Bakri, menyampaikan apresiasi atas langkah Pemkab Sidrap dalam mendukung program keagamaan. Ia berharap Sidrap bisa menjadi pusat ulama di Sulawesi Selatan.
Adapun Ketua MUI Sidrap, Abdul Malik Tibe, menilai Rakor Keagamaan sebagai momentum memperkuat akidah, ibadah, muamalah, dan akhlak masyarakat Sidrap. Ia menegaskan MUI siap bersinergi dengan pemerintah daerah dalam membina umat dan menyukseskan program keagamaan.
