Notifedia.com, SIDRAP — Bupati Sidenreng Rappang (Sidrap), H. Syaharuddin Alrif, mengikuti secara daring peluncuran Kelembagaan 80.000 Koperasi Desa/Kelurahan Merah Putih yang dipimpin langsung Presiden Republik Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto, Senin (21/7/2025).
Kegiatan ini berlangsung serentak di seluruh provinsi dan kabupaten/kota se-Indonesia. Koperasi Merah Putih akan menjadi pusat layanan terpadu di desa dan kelurahan, mencakup gerai pupuk, sembako, simpan pinjam, klinik, hingga apotek desa. Program tersebut diharapkan mampu mendorong kemandirian serta kesejahteraan masyarakat secara berkelanjutan.
Dalam sambutannya, Presiden Prabowo menegaskan bahwa koperasi adalah wadah rakyat kecil untuk saling menguatkan.
“Konsep Koperasi Merah Putih ini membantu masyarakat desa mulai dari hulu hingga hilir, dari produksi hingga pemasaran hasil,” ujarnya.
Ia juga mengajak seluruh pihak untuk mengawasi jalannya koperasi agar sesuai peruntukannya. Program ini melibatkan berbagai kementerian dan lembaga lintas sektor, serta berkolaborasi dengan sejumlah BUMN seperti PT Pupuk Indonesia, Pertamina, Bank Mandiri, BRI, BNI, BSI, Pos Indonesia, Telkom Indonesia, dan Bulog.
Di Sidrap, peluncuran diikuti Bupati Syaharuddin didampingi Wakil Bupati Nurkanaah, Ketua DPRD Takyuddin Masse, Dandim 1420 Letkol Inf. Awaloeddin, Wakapolres Kompol Nurdin, Asisten Administrasi Umum Nasruddin Waris, serta unsur Forkopimda dan kepala OPD terkait.
Bupati Syaharuddin menyatakan komitmennya untuk segera menindaklanjuti arahan Presiden di daerah.
“Peluncuran Koperasi Merah Putih ini harus kita manfaatkan sebaik mungkin. Tahapan awal sudah selesai, saatnya implementasi,” tegasnya.
Ia menargetkan pada Agustus mendatang, minimal 106 desa dan kelurahan di Sidrap sudah memiliki koperasi Merah Putih yang aktif.
“Setiap desa memiliki potensi yang harus dimaksimalkan agar koperasi menjadi motor penggerak ekonomi desa,” pungkasnya.
